Will someone from Ovation be onsite for my event?

Yes! A representative from our team will be onsite for the duration of your event, including load in and load out, and will be able to assist you with every need.

Where can my guests park?

We have a preferred valet parking vendor. Please contact us at info@ovationsquare.com for more information on valet parking. Should you choose not to use valet services, parking options include metered parking and two public lots near the venue. One lot is directly behind Ovation, and the other is across the street from the venue, on 4th Street. Both lots offer FREE 2-hour parking.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

Yes, outside vendors are allowed, but they must adhere to venue rules and restrictions. We can also provide a preferred vendor list for your convenience.
